Leonardo Extra Fillet is a complete canned wet food for adult cats, built around a high meat content and real fillet pieces for a chewier, more satisfying texture. Recipes typically combine roughly 56% meat and organs (or a fish-and-meat blend) with about 29% broth and 14% extra fillet, then cook everything gently in its own juices. A small amount of salmon oil is added for omega fatty acids that support skin and a silky coat.
Flavors include Chicken + extra chicken fillet, Turkey + extra turkey fillet, Lamb + extra chicken fillet, Venison (game) + extra chicken fillet, Salmon + extra chicken fillet, and Herring + extra turkey fillet. The formulas are free of sugar and artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, and are produced in Germany. Typical analysis is around 11% protein, 5.5–7% fat, and 78–79% moisture, with added taurine, vitamins (including D3 and E), and minerals.
Because of the high biological value, most cats need only a modest daily amount (roughly 200–400 g for a 3–5 kg adult). The food works as a complete meal or can be mixed with Leonardo dry food. Serve at room temperature with fresh water always available; refrigerate leftovers and use within 24 hours.
