Refund policy

We do not accept or offer refunds for items purchased through our website. However, we understand that sometimes exchanges may be necessary.

 

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item for another of the same value, you may do so within 3 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at tailsclub.petshop@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 012-628 2549. Please provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS:

You have two options for exchanging your item:

  1. In-store Exchange: You may visit our physical store to exchange your item. Our store address is G-3A, Pinnacle Kelana Jaya, Jalan SS 7/26, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Please bring the item you wish to exchange along with your order confirmation email or receipt.

  2. Mail Exchange: If you are unable to visit our store, you can mail the item back to us. Please note that shipping costs for the return will be borne by you. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we will proceed with the exchange. The shipping costs for you to get the exchanged item will be borne by you too.

 

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  2. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a store credit or alternative options.
  3. If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the original item purchased, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.
  4. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.

Please ensure that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. Any exchange requests made after 3 days of receiving the item will not be entertained.
